Plane Wing

Personal study on the mood of traveling. Wing model made in Maya, environment's mattepainting in Photoshop, rendering in Mental Ray and compositing in Nuke using linear workflow.

The Shadow over Innsmouth

My personal study of the creatures the Deep One of the Lovecraft novel "The Shadow over Innsmouth". CG Society Workshops: Concept Sculpting and Maquettes with Bryan Wynia.

Full process to create a character: gathering reference, brainstorming, speed sculpting, thumbnail creation, refining and evolving the design, sculpting details, gesture and expression, preparing a sculpt for printing, painting, rendering, compositing, creating the final image for presentation.
